ญี่ปุ่นเร่งสอบปมน่าสงสัย ชาย 2 คนเสียชีวิตหลังฉีด “โมเดอร์นา” ล็อตปนเปื้อน
ญี่ปุ่นเร่งสอบปมน่าสงสัย – วันที่ 28 ส.ค. รอยเตอร์ รายงานว่า กระทรวงสาธารณสุขญี่ปุ่นแถลงว่าจะเร่งสอบสวนกรณีที่ชาย 2 คนในช่วงอายุ 30 ปี เสียชีวิตไม่กี่วันหลังฉีดวัคซีนป้องกันโรคโควิด-19 โดสที่สองของ บริษัทโมเดอร์นา
จากการตรวจสอบเบื้องต้นพบว่าวัคซีนที่ผู้เสียชีวิตทั้งสองรายได้รับเป็นวัคซีนในล็อตเดียวกับวัคซีน 1.63 ล้านโดสที่สั่งระงับเมื่อวันที่ 26 ส.ค.ที่ผ่านมา ภายหลังได้รับแจ้งว่าพบวัตถุปนเปื้อนในขวดวัคซีนที่ยังไม่ได้เปิดขวด
ขณะที่ตัวเลขผู้ป่วยโควิด-19 ของญี่ปุ่นยังเพิ่มสูงเกินสองหมื่นคนต่อวัน โดยเมื่อวันที่ 27 ส.ค. พบผู้ติดเชื้ออีก 24,976 คน ส่งผลให้ยอดป่วยสะสมเพิ่มเป็น 1.38 ล้านคน และเสียชีวิตอย่างน้อย 15,797 ราย
