โดยหญิงสาวมีแผลไฟไหม้ฉกรรจ์ร้อยละ 60 ของร่างกาย แม้แพทย์จะทำการรักษาอย่างเต็มที่แต่น.ส.โกเมซทนพิษบาดแผลไม่ไหวและเสียชีวิตเมื่อวันที่ 23 มี.ค.
