ตำรวจฝ่ายสอบสวนเปิดเผยว่าเครื่องบินบรรทุกสิ่งของมีค่าเดินทางถึงสนามบินเมื่อเย็นวันที่ 17 เม.ย.ที่ผ่านมา และขนย้ายกล่องบรรจุสิ่งของขนาด 0.46 ตารางเมตรไปยังโกดังซึ่งเจ้าหน้าที่เชื่อว่าเป็นจุดเกิดเหตุ

แคนาดาเร่งสอบ – The “high-value” aircraft container arrived at the airport in the evening and it was transported to a cargo holding facility. Police believe that is where the gold was stolen. Peel Regional Police inspector Stephen Duivesteyn said their team is investigating “all avenues” and described the incident as “isolated” and “rare”. (CBC/Radio-Canada)
