อุโมงค์รถยนต์ “พังถล่ม” – ฮินดูสถานไทมส์ รายงานวันที่ 13 พ.ย. ถึงความคืบหน้าเหตุอุโมงค์รถยนต์บนถนนเชื่อมเขตอุตตรกาศี-ยมุโนตรี ในรัฐอุตตราขัณฑ์ ทางตอนเหนือของ ประเทศอินเดีย พังถล่มบางส่วน และส่งผลให้คนงานก่อสร้างราว 40 คนติดอยู่ด้านในตั้งแต่ช่วงเช้าวันอาทิตย์ที่ 12 พ.ย.ที่ผ่านมาว่า
หน่วยกู้ภัยสามารถติดต่อกับกลุ่มคนงานในอุโมงค์ซึ่งยังปลอดภัยดี และเจ้าหน้าที่เร่งระดมกำลังเคลื่อนย้ายเศษซากปรักหักพัง รวมถึงใช้รถขุดและเครื่องจักรหนัก ขณะที่การตรวจสอบเบื้องต้นพบว่าอุโมงค์รถยนต์ซึ่งอยู่ระหว่างการก่อสร้างได้รับความเสียหายเป็นระยะทาง 30-35 เมตร
