แหล่งข่าวการแพทย์ที่โรงพยาบาลจังหวัดคุนดุซกล่าวว่า มีผู้เสียชีวิต 35 ราย และผู้บาดเจ็บมากกว่า 50 คน ส่วนที่โรงพยาบาลองค์การแพทย์ไร้พรมแดน หรือแอมแอสเอฟ มีผู้เสียชีวิต 15 ราย และผู้บาดเจ็บจำนวนมากเช่นกัน
