ตัดสินคุก 7 ปี – สเตรตส์ไทมส์ รายงานความคืบหน้าคดีสะเทือนใน เกาหลีใต้ กรณีลูกชายทำร้ายร่างกายแม่บังเกิดเกล้าจนเสียชีวิตว่า ชายผู้ต้องสงสัยวัย 30 กว่าปี ถูกศาลพิพากษาจำคุก 7 ปี ตามความผิดฐานทุบตีแม่จนถึงแก่ความตาย เพียงเพราะผู้เป็นแม่ไม่อนุญาตให้ลูกชายย้ายออกไปอยู่นอกบ้าน
ชายคนดังกล่าวซึ่งไม่เปิดเผยชื่อ ก่อเหตุทำร้ายแม่เมื่อเดือนม.ค.ที่ผ่านมา หลังทะเลาะวิวาทจนเกิดความโมโหที่แม่ไม่ยอมให้ย้ายไปใช้ชีวิตด้วยตัวเอง จึงทุบตีแม่อย่างหนักจนบาดเจ็บสาหัสทั่วร่างกาย ซ้ำร้ายยังทำทำรุนแรงถึงขั้นซี่โครงหักและไตข้างซ้ายแตก
ตัดสินคุก 7 ปี – A man in his 30s was sentenced to seven years’ jail in South Korea for beating his mother to death because she refused to allow him to move out, according to legal professionals and media reports on Sunday. The man, who was not named, assaulted his mother in January after she refused her son’s request to move out of the house.
แม้ต่อมาจะรีบนำตัวส่งโรงพยาบาลใกล้บ้าน แต่ไม่ทันการเพราะผู้เป็นแม่ทนพิษบาดแผลไม่ไหวและเสียชีวิตในเวลาต่อมา โดยสาเหตุจากการชันสูตรศพหญิงเคราะห์ร้ายเสียชีวิตเพราะเลือดออกมากเกินไป
ขณะเดียวกันผู้พิพากษาตัดสินว่าผู้ต้องสงสัยมีความผิดจริงในข้อหาทำร้ายบุพการีจนเสียชีวิต แต่เพราะผู้ต้องสงสัยเข้ามอบตัวกับตำรวจ
รวมทั้งมีการคำนึงถึงอาการป่วยด้วยโรคลมบ้าหมูและประสบการณ์ความทุกข์ยากในวัยเด็กของผู้ก่อเหตุด้วย แต่เนื่องจากชายคนนี้เคยถูกศาลพิจารณาคดีทำร้ายแม่เมื่อปี 2562 มาแล้ว จึงได้รับโทษจำคุกที่ 7 ปี
The mother reportedly suffered severe bodily injuries, sustaining broken ribs and a ruptured left kidney. She was sent to a nearby hospital and treated herself in emergency care, but later died from excessive bleeding. The court convicted the man of assaulting a parent, resulting in death. /v.daum.net/
ตัดสินคุก 7 ปี – The court added that the ruling was made in the light of the fact that the man had turned himself in to the police. It also took into account the man’s epilepsy and experience of a difficult childhood. The killer was reportedly on trial for allegedly assaulting his mother in 2019.
