ลงเรือลำเดียวกัน – ลงเรือลำเดียวกัน ดูแลช่วยเหลือซึ่งกันและกัน ประเทศจีนยินดีให้ความช่วยเหลือประเทศไทยในการต่อสู้กับโรคระบาดอย่างเต็มที่

ประเทศไทยและประเทศจีนเป็นเพื่อนบ้านใกล้ชิดที่มีทัศนียภาพที่เชื่อมโยงกัน ปีนี้เป็นปีครบรอบ 45 ปี แห่งการสถาปนาความสัมพันธ์ทางการทูตระหว่างสองประเทศ

ในช่วงการรับมือกับการแพร่ระบาดของโรคโควิด-19 ประเทศจีนและประเทศไทยได้เอาชนะความยากลำบาก ดูแลและช่วยเหลือซึ่งกันและกัน แสดงให้เห็นถึงการร่วมกันฝ่าวิกฤต ร่วมทุกข์ร่วมสุข และการร่วมแรงร่วมใจของมิตรภาพดั้งเดิมระหว่างสองประเทศ

พระบาทสมเด็จพระปรเมนทรรามาธิบดีศรีสินทรมหาวชิราลงกรณ พระวชิรเกล้าเจ้าอยู่หัว ทรงมีพระราชสาส์นแสดงความห่วงใยไปยัง ฯพณฯ สี จิ้นผิง ประธานาธิบดีแห่งสาธารณรัฐประชาชนจีน พระบาทสมเด็จพระเจ้าอยู่หัว และสมเด็จพระนางเจ้า ฯ พระบรมราชินีพระราชทานเวชภัณฑ์ทางการแพทย์ให้กับฝ่ายจีน ซึ่งเป็นการสะท้อนให้เห็นถึงการสนับสนุนอันมีค่าที่มอบให้กับฝ่ายจีน

ผู้นำไทย เช่น ฯพณฯ พลเอก ประยุทธ์ จันทร์โอชา นายกรัฐมนตรีไทย ฯพณฯ ชวน หลีกภัย ประธานรัฐสภาและประธานสภาผู้แทนราษฎรและทุกแวดวงสังคมไทยต่างก็ได้แสดงความห่วงใยและสนับสนุนฝ่ายจีน

ช่วงระยะนี้ การระบาดของโรคในประเทศไทยรุนแรงมากขึ้น ประชาชนจีนรู้สึกเห็นอกเห็นใจ แม้ว่ากำลังเผชิญกับภารกิจต่อต้านการแพร่ระบาดในช่วงเวลาที่ยากลำบากเช่นเดียวกัน ฝ่ายจีนยินดีที่จะช่วยเหลือฝ่ายไทยในรูปแบบต่าง ๆ เท่าที่จะทำได้

ช่วงไม่กี่วันมานี้ นายหยาง ซิน อุปทูตรักษาการแทนเอกอัครราชทูตสาธารณรัฐประชาชนจีน ประจำประเทศไทย ได้พูดคุยทางโทรศัพท์กับ ฯพณฯ พลเอก ประยุทธ์ จันทร์โอชา นายกรัฐมนตรีไทย และได้เข้าพบ ฯพณฯ อนุทิน ชาญวีรกูล รองนายกรัฐมนตรีและรัฐมนตรีกระทรวงสาธารณสุข เพื่อแนะนำมาตรการของประเทศจีนในการช่วยเหลือประเทศไทยต่อสู้กับโรคระบาด

รัฐบาลจีนจะให้ความช่วยเหลือฝ่ายไทยในการจัดหาอุปกรณ์การแพทย์ อาทิเช่น ชุดตรวจหาเชื้อโควิด-19 หน้ากากอนามัยทางการแพทย์ หน้ากาก N95 และชุดอุปกรณ์ป้องกันส่วนบุคคล ประสานงานกับผู้ประกอบการให้จำหน่ายยาสำหรับรักษาไวรัสโควิด-19 ให้กับฝ่ายไทย ผู้ประกอบการจีนจะส่งออกเวชภัณฑ์มายังประเทศไทย มุ่งมั่นที่จะตอบสนองต่อความต้องการสูงสุดของฝ่ายไทย

กลุ่มผู้ประกอบธุรกิจจีนในประเทศไทย และองค์กรมิตรภาพระหว่างประชาชนของจีน ต่างก็รวมตัวกันบริจาคเวชภัณฑ์ทางการแพทย์ให้กับฝ่ายไทย

อุปทูต หยาง ซิน กล่าวว่า ในช่วงเวลาที่ยากลำบาก ประชาชนชนชาวจีนจะคอยอยู่เคียงข้างประชาชนชาวไทย ด้วยความร่วมมืออย่างจริงใจและความพยายามร่วมกันของทั้งสองฝ่าย ทั้งสองฝ่ายจะสามารถเอาชนะโรคระบาดและฟื้นฟูการพัฒนาทางเศรษฐกิจและสังคมอย่างแน่นอน

ก่อนหน้านี้ ฝ่ายจีนได้ให้การสนับสนุนในด้านต่างๆ กับฝ่ายไทยในการต่อสู้กับโรคระบาด ทีมของ นายจง หนานซาน ผู้เชี่ยวชาญโรคระบบทางเดินหายใจของจีน คอยสื่อสารอย่างใกล้ชิดกับทีมผู้เชี่ยวชาญของไทย เกี่ยวกับแผนการวินิจฉัยและการรักษาโรค

ฝ่ายจีนได้แบ่งปันประสบการณ์การต่อสู้กับเชื้อไวรัส เสนอแผนการการรักษาโรคโควิด-19 ฉบับที่ 7 ( Diagnosis and Treatment Protocol for Novel Coronavirus Pneumonia (Trial Version 7) และแผนการการป้องกันและควบคุมการระบาดของโควิด-19 ในการเดินทาง (Travel Guidelines for Epidemic Prevention and Control)

หน่วยงานวิทยาศาสตร์และเทคโนโลยีด้านการแพทย์และยาเวชภัณฑ์ของทั้งสองประเทศได้ร่วมมืออย่างใกล้ชิดในการพัฒนายารักษาโรคโควิด-19 โดยเฉพาะและวัคซีน

หน่วยงานภาครัฐที่เกี่ยวข้องของทั้งสองประเทศ ได้สำรวจการจัดตั้งกลไกร่วมป้องกันและควบคุมการระบาดของโรคโควิด-19 เชื่อว่าภายใต้ความร่วมมือของทั้งสองฝ่าย ในที่สุดแล้วจะสามารถเอาชนะโรคระบาดนี้ไปได้โดยเร็ววัน

China will actively provide assistance to help Thailand in its fight against COVID-19

China and Thailand are good neighbors connected by a same river. This year marks the 45th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations. In the course of fighting against the COVID-19 epidemic, China and Thailand have stood shoulder to shoulder and leaned against each other, which represents an epitome of friendship of sharing weal and woe and a kinship that could stood test of time. With a gesture of support, H.M. King Maha VajiralongkornKing sent a letter of sympathy to President Xi Jinping, and with H.M. Queen Suthida Bajrasudhabimalalakshana, donated medical supplies to China, many Thai leaders including Prime Minister Prayut Chan-o-cha and President of the National Assembly and Speaker of the House of Representatives of Thailand Chuan Leekpai, as well as Thai people from all walks of life have showed their sympathy and support through various means.

Not long ago, Mr. Yang Xin, chargé d’affaires of the Chinese Embassy in Thailand had a telephone conversation with Prime Minister of Thailand Prayut Chan-o-cha, and met with Deputy Prime Minister and minister of public health Anutin, introducing to them China’s detailed measures in providing assistance. The Chinese government will provide Thailand with medical materials such as text kits, surgical masks, N95 masks and medical protective garments, it will coordinate Chinese companies to export medicines for the treatment the COVID-19. Relevant Chinese companies will be mobilized to make targeted export of medical materials to Thailand, in a bid to satisfy Thailand’s need. Chinese enterprises in Thailand and friendly Chinese civil societies are also actively donating medical supplies to Thailand. Mr.Yang Xin stressed that in the face of difficulty, the Chinese people will stand firmly with the Thai people, through cooperation and concerted effort,we will surely win over this epidemic and restore social development and economic vitality.

In fact, China has already provided a batch of support to the Thai side. The Chinese medical expert team, led by the top COVID-19 expert Mr. Zhong Nanshan, has been keeping close contact with the Thai expert team on clinical treatment. China has provided its experience gained in its fight against the virus to the Thai side in a timely manner, and provided the Seventh Edition of the Diagnostic and Treatment guidelines for the Novel coronavirus Pneumonia and the Travel Guidelines for Epidemic Prevention and Control. Pharmaceutical and science departments of both countries have maintained close cooperation on the R&D of effective drugs and vaccines. The two government are also discussing the establishment of a joint prevention and control mechanism to respond to the epidemic. It is believed that under concerted effort, we would eventually herald in the final success of the fight against this epidemic.
