เนปาลลุกฮือชุมนุม! – Departmental action has been initiated against four police personnel over the filming of a video showing a 14-year-old minor in custody after his arrest in connection with the rape and murder of three-year-old Garima Chaudhary in Bara. Nine people have been arrested in connection with the case, a local police spokesman told the BBC. The crime has triggered demands for reform. Police have also been accused of negligence in the initial stages of the investigation after footage of a teenage suspect was leaked onto social media.
