โควิด: ตร. ปินส์ยิงดับ “ชายแก่เมา” ป่วนด่านตรวจ-ละเมิดเคอร์ฟิวสกัดไวรัส
โควิด: ตร. ปินส์ยิงดับ – วันที่ 7 เม.ย. เดอะสตาร์ และ เดอะซัน รายงานความคืบหน้ามาตรการล็อกดาวน์ยับยั้งการแพร่ระบาดของ ไวรัสโคโรนาสายพันธุ์ใหม่ ใน ฟิลิปปินส์ ซึ่ง ประธานาธิบดีโรดริโก “โรดี้” ดูแตร์เต ประกาศกร้าวว่าสั่งการให้เจ้าหน้าที่ทหาร-ตำรวจสามารถยิงปลิดชีพผู้ที่ฝ่าฝืนกฎเคอร์ฟิวได้นั้น
ปรากฏว่ามีผู้เสียชีวิตจากการเหนี่ยวไกของเจ้าหน้าที่รัฐอย่างน้อย 1 ราย และถือเป็นรายแรกที่เสียชีวิตจากการสังหารของเจ้าหน้าที่ในช่วงวิกฤตโควิด-19 ขณะที่สถานการณ์การแพร่ระบาดยังน่าเป็นห่วง มีผู้ป่วยสะสมเพิ่มขึ้นเป็นอย่างน้อย 3,660 คน และในจำนวนนี้เสียชีวิตแล้ว 163 คน
รายงานระบุว่าเหตุนองเลือดเกิดขึ้นเมื่อวันที่ 2 เม.ย.ที่ผ่านมา ชายวัย 63 ปี ถูกตำรวจยิงเสียชีวิตบริเวณด่านตรวจสกัดกั้นโควิด-19 ที่เมืองนาซิปิต จังหวัดฮีลากังอากูซัน ทางตอนใต้ สื่อท้องถิ่นระบุว่าชายคนดังกล่าวซึ่งมีอาการเมาสุรา เดินเข้าไปหาเจ้าหน้าที่ฝ่ายบริหารเมืองนาซิปิต และตำรวจที่ประจำการจุดตรวจ
เจ้าหน้าที่จึงตักเตือนว่ากำลังละเมิดกฎเพราะไม่ยอมสวมหน้ากากอนามัย และออกมาเดินเตร็ดเตร่ยามวิกาล แทนที่ชายคนเมาจะเดินจากไป กลับแสดงท่าทีฉุนเฉียว พูดจาหยาบคาย และจู่ๆ ก็ใช้เคียวที่พกติดตัวยกขึ้นมาข่มขู่เจ้าหน้าที่ ตำรวจเห็นท่าไม่ดีเลยชักปืนยิงชายคนเมาเสียชีวิต
