โควิด: รัสเซียติดเชื้อสะสมทะลุหมื่นคน – วันที่ 10 เม.ย. มอสโกไทมส์ รายงานสถานการณ์การแพร่ระบาดของ โรคโควิด-19 ใน ประเทศรัสเซีย หลังยอดผู้ป่วยสะสมทะลุหมื่นคนเป็นประเทศล่าสุด และรั้งอันดับที่ 18 ของประเทศที่มีผู้ป่วยมากที่สุดในโลก อย่างน้อย 10,131 คน ในจำนวนนี้เสียชีวิตแล้ว 76 คน และรักษาหาย 698 คน
รายงานจากศูนย์ตอบสนองสถานการณ์ไวรัสโคโรนาแห่งชาติรัสเซียระบุว่า ยอดรวมที่เพิ่มสูงขึ้นเป็นผลมาจากจำนวนผู้ติดเชื้อใหม่รายวันที่มีมากถึง 1,459 คน เมื่อวันพฤหัสบดีที่ 9 เม.ย.ที่ผ่านมา ส่วนผู้เสียชีวิตรายใหม่ในช่วง 24 ชั่วโมง มีอย่างน้อย 13 ราย รวมแล้ว 76 ราย
ก่อนหน้านี้ ประธานาธิบดีสลาดิเมียร์ ปูติน ผู้นำรัสเซีย เพิ่งลงนามในร่างกฎหมายยกระดับการลงโทษผู้ฝ่าฝืนข้อห้ามกักตัวและคำสั่งของรัฐบาลเพื่อเร่งยับยั้งการแพร่ระบาดของโควิด-19 รวมถึงระวางโทษจำคุกสูงสุด 7 ปีสำหรับผู้กระทำผิดที่ละเมิดข้อบังคับกักตัว และโทษจำคุกไม่เกิน 5 ปีในข้อหาเผยแพร่ข้อมูลหรือข่าวเท็จที่เกี่ยวข้องกับโรคโควิด-19
