โจ๋แคนาดาแอบซิ่งรถพ่อ - เอเอฟพี และ โทรอนโตซีทีวีนิวส์ รายงานวันที่ 11 พ.ค. ว่า ตำรวจรัฐออนแทรีโอ ประเทศแคนาดา แถลงตั้งข้อหาชายวัยรุ่นอายุ 19 ปี หลังนำรถยนต์หรูยี่ห้อ เมอร์เซเดส-เบนซ์ ของผู้เป็นพ่อ ออกมาขับเล่นบนทางหลวงควีนอลิซาเบธด้วยความเร็วสูงถึง 191 ไมล์ต่อชั่วโมง หรือ 308 กิโลเมตรต่อชั่วโมง เมื่อค่ำวันเสาร์ที่ 9 พ.ค.
แม้แคนาดาไม่ได้บังคับใช้มาตรการล็อกดาวน์เต็มพิกัด แต่ถือว่าละเมิดกฎหมายจราจรฐานขับรถเร็วกว่ากำหนด โดยเจ้าหน้าที่ยึดรถคันดังกล่าวและจะเก็บไว้ที่สถานีตำรวจเป็นเวลา 7 วันระหว่างรอดำเนินคดี นอกจากนี้ยังพักใช้ใบขับขี่ของผู้ต้องสงสัยเป็นการชั่วคราวในทันที

A 19-year-old man has been charged with dangerous driving after "unbelievable" speeding on an Ontario highway, Canadian police said Sunday. (OPP)
"This is the fastest speed that I've ever heard of," said Sergeant Kerry Schmidt in a video posted to Twitter. "Unbelievable speeds, we're talking 191 miles an hour (308 kilometers per hour)." (OPP)
The driver, accompanied by another man his age, was driving his father's Mercedes late Saturday night on the Queen Elizabeth Way highway. His driver's license was immediately suspended and the car impounded for seven days. (OPP)
