รายงานระบุว่ากรณีดังกล่าวเกิดขึ้นตั้งแต่วันอังคารที่ 2 มิ.ย.ที่ผ่านมา ชายหนุ่มซึ่งมีอาการปวดท้องรุนแรง เดินทางมายังโรงพยาบาลจ้าวฉิง เฟิร์สต์ พีเพิล และกล่าวกับแพทย์ว่าพยายามดึงซากปลาตายออกจากทวารด้วยตัวเองแต่ไม่สำเร็จ
