ภาพวาดจิตรกรดัง “ซานโดร บอตติเชลลี” ประมูลไม่ถึง 5 นาที-ทุบสถิติ 2.7 พันล้าน!
ภาพวาดจิตรกรดัง – วันที่ 29 ม.ค. บีบีซี รายงานว่า ภาพวาดชายหนุ่มถือรูปภาพทรงกลม โดย ซานโดร บอตติเชลลี จิตรกรชื่อดังชาวอิตาลีแห่งยุคเรอเนสซองซ์ เจ้าของภาพวาดงานชิ้นเอกของโลกอย่าง ฤดูใบไม้ผลิ (Primavera) และ กำเนิดวีนัส (The Birth of Venus) เคาะโต๊ะขายที่งานประมูลออนไลน์ของบริษัท โซเธบีส์ในนครนิวยอร์ก สหรัฐอเมริกา ด้วยราคาสูงถึง 92.2 ล้านดอลลาร์สหรัฐ (ราว 2,765 ล้านบาท)
ทุบสถิติประมูลสูงสุดเป็นประวัติการณ์สำหรับผลงานของบอตติเชลลี และเป็นการประมูลใหญ่ครั้งแรกที่เปิดประเดิมในปี 2564 ซึ่งหลายฝ่ายเชื่อว่าการประมูลภาพของบอตติเชลลีจะช่วยกระตุ้นแวดวงศิลปะและการประมูลให้คึกคักอีกครั้งท่ามกลางวิกฤตโรคโควิด-19

ส่วนผลงานประมูลสูงสุดก่อนหน้านี้ของบอตติเชลลีคือ ภาพวาด พระแม่มารีและพระบุตรและนักบุญจอห์นแบ็พทิสต์ (Madonna and Child with Young Saint John the Baptist) ช่วงปีพ.ศ.2033-2038 ประมูลไปด้วยราคา 10.4 ล้านดอลลาร์สหรัฐ (ราว 311 ล้านบาท) เมื่อปี 2556
