นักเรียนหญิง 317 คน “ถูกอุ้ม” ไนจีเรียฮึ่มคดีบุกโรงเรียน-ลักพาตัว 3 ครั้งใน 3 เดือน

นักเรียนหญิง 317 คนบีบีซี รายงานวันที่ 27 ก.พ. ว่า ประธานาธิบดีมูฮัมมาดู บูฮารี ผู้นำไนจีเรีย แถลงประณามหลังเกิดเหตุกลุ่มคนร้ายพกอาวุธบุก ลักพาตัว นักเรียนหญิงมากกว่า 300 คน จากโรงเรียนประจำในเมืองจานเกอเบ รัฐแซมฟารา ทางตะวันตกเฉียงเหนือ เมื่อช่วงเช้าตรู่ของวันศุกร์ที่ 26 ก.พ.ที่ผ่านมา

ถือเป็นเหตุลักพาตัวนักเรียนไปเรียกค่าไถ่ครั้งที่สองในรอบสัปดาห์ หลังเพิ่งเกิดกรณีกลุ่มมคนร้ายบุกจับนักเรียนและครู 42 คนจากโรงเรียนประจำชายล้วนในเมืองคาการา รัฐไนเจอร์ และเป็นเหตุบุกลักพาตัวนักเรียนจากโรงเรียนครั้งที่สามในช่วงเวลาไม่ถึง 3 เดือน

ด้านตำรวจระบุว่าคนร้ายลักพาตัวนักเรียนหญิงเข้าไปในป่า ซึ่งเจ้าหน้าที่ระดมกำลังค้นหาและจะเร่งไล่ล่าจับคนร้ายมาดำเนินคดี

– More than 300 schoolgirls were abducted by gunmen in northwest Nigeria on February 26, 2021 in the country’s latest mass kidnapping, and a rescue bid was under way, regional police said. A suspected criminal gang attacked the Government Girls Science Secondary School in Jangebe, a village in Zamfara state, around 1 am, police and a local official said. AFP

It is the latest mass kidnapping from schools in recent weeks. Armed gangs often seize schoolchildren for ransom. It is Nigeria’s third school attack in less than three months — a series that has revived traumatic memories of the “Chibok girls” kidnapped by jihadists nearly seven years ago. AFP
