จีนผ่าน “แผนรักชาติ” จ่อเพิ่มสัดส่วนสมาชิกฝักใฝ่มังกรในสภาฮ่องกง
จีนผ่าน “แผนรักชาติ” – บีบีซี รายงานวันที่ 11 มี.ค. ว่า ที่ประชุม สภาประชาชนแห่งชาติจีน (เอ็นพีซี) ลงมติที่ 2,895 เสียงต่อ 0 เสียง และงดออกเสียง 1 เสียง เห็นชอบให้ผ่าน แผนการปกครองฮ่องกงด้วยคณะผู้รักชาติ (Patriots Governing Hong Kong) เพื่อปรับเปลี่ยนและปูทางระบบการเลือกตั้งของฮ่องกง
ถือเป็นอีกความพยายามของรัฐบาลจีนแผ่นดินใหญ่ในการแทรกแซงการเมืองฮ่องกง รวมถึงปิดช่องโหว่ของแนวคิด 1 ประเทศ 2 ระบบ ต่อเนื่องจากการผ่านกฎหมายความมั่นคงแห่งชาติฉบับใหม่ที่บังคับใช้ในฮ่องกง เมื่อวันที่ 30 มิ.ย.2563 ท่ามกลางความวิตกกังวลว่าสถานการณ์ทางการเมืองและสิทธิเสรีภาพของชาวฮ่องกงจะยิ่งถูกลิดรอนจนเข้าข่ายวิกฤต
รายงานระบุว่าสมาชิกนิติบัญญัติแห่งชาติของจีนจะเริ่มร่างแผนปกครองคณะผู้รักชาติซึ่งอาจบังคับใช้ในอีกไม่กี่เดือนข้างหน้า และจะนำไปสู่การมอบอำนาจให้คณะกรรมการการเลือกตั้งฝ่ายสนับสนุนรัฐบาลจีนเพิ่มสัดส่วนสมาชิกที่ฝักใฝ่จีนใน สภานิติบัญญัติฮ่องกง (LegCo) ซึ่งปัจจุบันมี 70 ที่นั่ง แต่ครึ่งหนึ่งเท่านั้นที่มาจากการเลือกตั้ง

The resolution was passed with 2,895 votes for, zero votes against, and one abstention. The vote took place at the NPC meeting as part of the Two Sessions, China’s most important political conference. REUTERS
