อาร์เจนตินาเตือนภัย – วันที่ 3 ก.พ. เอเอฟพี รายงานว่า ตำรวจ อาร์เจนตินา นำกำลังบุกบ้านหลังหนึ่งในย่านเตรสเดเฟบรีโร ชานกรุงกรุงบูเอโนสไอเรส และจับกุมผู้ต้องสงสัย 10 คนที่พัวพันกับกรณีลักลอบจำหน่าย โคเคน ปนเปื้อนสารพิษ เป็นเหตุให้มีผู้เสียชีวิตอย่างน้อย 17 ราย และอีก 74 คนถูกหามส่งโรงพยาบาลเมื่อวันพุธที่ 2 ก.พ.ที่ผ่านมา

ด้านสำนักงานอัยการเขตซานมาร์ตินแถลงว่ามีการจำหน่ายสารอันตรายที่อ้างว่าเป็นโคเคนอย่างกว้างขวางในพื้นที่ และว่าขบวนการค้ายาเสพติดมักนำโคเคนไปผสมกับแป้ง รวมถึงสารหลอนประสาทเพื่อเพิ่มปริมาณ
