รถทัวร์อินโดฯ เกียร์ขัดข้อง – วันที่ 7 ก.พ. เอเอฟพี รายงานว่า เกิดเหตุรถบัสนำเที่ยวเสียหลักพุ่งชนระหว่างเดินทางจากเขตซูโกฮาร์โจ จังหวัดชวากลาง ของ อินโดนีเซีย มุ่งหน้าไปจังหวัดยกยาการ์ตา เมื่อค่ำวันอาทิตย์ที่ 6 ก.พ. มีผู้เสียชีวิต 13 ราย รวมถึงคนขับรถ และอีก 34 คนได้รับบาดเจ็บ
ด้านตำรวจระบุจากคำให้การของผู้ประสบเหตุว่า ผู้โดยสาร 47 คนเป็นพนักงานโรงงานกำลังเดินทางไปพักผ่อนช่วงวันหยุดกับครอบครัว ขณะกำลังแล่นลงเนินเขาคนขับมีปัญหากับเกียร์รถ ส่งผลให้เสียการควบคุมจนพุ่งชนและพลิกคว่ำข้างทาง
นอกจากนี้ก่อนเกิดเหตุคนขับขอให้ผู้โดยสารลงจากรถเพราะไม่สามารถขับรถขึ้นเขาได้ อย่างไรก็ตาม เจ้าหน้าที่ยังต้องตรวจสอบหาต้นตอที่แท้จริงว่าเป็นเพราะระบบเกียร์หรือไม่
At least 13 people were killed and dozens more injured after a tour bus carrying factory workers to a beach holiday crashed on Indonesia’s Java island, according to police. The bus and its 47 passengers were headed from Sukoharjo in Central Java to a family gathering in neighbouring Yogyakarta province when the driver lost control going downhill. (AFP)

The driver was among those who died when the bus tipped over and slammed into the side of the road, destroying the front of the vehicle and badly damaging its right side.
