เปิดใช้งาน “ปินไห่วาน” – ซินหัว พาชมภาพความงดงามของสะพานแขวน “ปินไห่วาน” ความยาว 973.6 เมตร เปิดให้สัญจรอย่างเป็นทางการแล้วในเมืองตงก่วน มณฑลกวางตุ้ง ทางตอนใต้ของ ประเทศจีน หลังใช้เวลาก่อสร้างมาเกือบ 2 ปี
สะพานปินไห่วานเป็นสะพานแขวนสายเคเบิลแบบหอคอยเดี่ยว ก่อสร้างโดยบริษัท ไชน่า เรลเวย์ เมเจอร์ บริดจ์ เอนจิเนียริง กรุ๊ป จำกัด (MBEC) ตั้งอยู่ในเขตใหม่ปินไห่วานของเมืองตงก่วน ซึ่งเป็นพื้นที่สำหรับการพัฒนาร่วมกันของเขตเศรษฐกิจอ่าวกวางตุ้ง-ฮ่องกง-มาเก๊า
นอกจากอยู่ในพื้นที่เศรษฐกิจแล้ว สะพานปินไห่วานยังมีรูปทรงชวนมองของหอคอย “ดอกแมกโนเลีย” ดอกไม้ประจำเมืองตงก่วนที่ตั้งตระหง่านโดดเด่นอยู่กลางสะพาน

The “Magnolia Flower”, the main tower of Dongguan Binhai Bay Bridge, which was constructed by China Railway Baoqiao, successfully completed the installation of the first steel tower section, and the T1 section of the first steel tower was successfully installed to the design position.
