ศาลสหรัฐสั่ง “คุกตลอดชีวิต” – บีบีซี รายงานวันที่ 7 ก.ค. ว่า ศาลแขวงในรัฐไอโอวา สหรัฐอเมริกา พิพากษาจำคุกตลอดชีวิต นายวิลลาร์ด มิลเลอร์ อายุ 17 ปี ตามความผิดในข้อหาจงใจฆาตกรรม นางโนเอม่า แกรเบอร์ อายุ 66 ปี ครูสอนวิชาภาษาสเปนประจำโรงเรียมัธยมแฟร์ฟิลด์ไฮสคูล ในเมืองแฟร์ฟิลด์ เมื่อเดือนพ.ย.2564
โดยนายมิลเลอร์มีสิทธิขอทัณฑ์บนหลังจำคุกครบ 35 ปี และยังให้จ่ายค่าชดเชย 150,000 ดอลลาร์สหรัฐ หรือราว 5.3 ล้านบาทแก่ครอบครัวของนางแกรเบอร์ด้วย
