Professional matador Alejandro Conquero, 28, was said to be in a serious condition in the Rey Juan Carlos de Mostoles hospital after the bull left him with a terrible litany of injuries after the event in the Madrid area town of Cenicientos yesterday. A video of the incident, in which stunned spectators can be heard wailing in terror, went viral on Twitter and has been viewed hundreds of times. According to Spanish outlet, Andalucia Informacion, the incident happened during the third fight of the annual Prieto de la Cal. Conquero, from Andalucia, is the descendant of a line of bullfighters, including his father, the famed matador Jose Conquero, who went by his nickname The Hurricane of Huelva.
