เผยรูปคิมคุมเอง! – วันที่ 29 ม.ค. รอยเตอร์ รายงานความคืบหน้าหลัง เกาหลีเหนือ ทดสอบขีปนาวุธร่อนเชิงยุทธศาสตร์ชนิดใหม่เป็นครั้งที่ 2 ในรอบสัปดาห์ เมื่อวันอาทิตย์ที่ 28 ม.ค.ที่ผ่านมาว่า สำนักข่าวเคซีเอ็นเอของเกาหลีเหนือระบุว่าขีปนาวุธดังกล่าวเป็น ขีปนาวุธร่อนยิงจากเรือดำน้ำ (เอสแอลซีเอ็ม) ที่พัฒนาขึ้นใหม่เพื่อเร่งยกระดับทางอาวุธนิวเคลียร์ของกองทัพเรือ

โดยนายคิม จองอึน ผู้นำสูงสุดแห่งเกาหลีเหนือ เป็นผู้บัญชาการทดสอบยิงขีปนาวุธที่เรียกว่า “พุลฮวาซัล-3-31” เป็นขีปนาวุธรุ่นเดียวกับที่ทดสอบเมื่อสัปดาห์ก่อนและยังอยู่ระหว่างการพัฒนาเพิ่มเติม
ขีปนาวุธทั้งสองลูกถูกยิงไปยังทะเลนอกชายฝั่งภาคตะวันออก ลูกแรกใช้เวลา 7,421 วินาทีและลูกที่สอง 7,445 วินาทีก่อนโจมตีเป้าหมายบนเกาะ
ขณะเดียวกันนายคิมกล่าวว่าการทดสอบนี้มีความสำคัญเชิงกลยุทธ์ในการบรรลุแผนเพื่อปรับปรุงกองทัพให้ทันสมัยและมีจุดมุ่งหมายในการสร้างกองทัพเรือที่ทรงพลัง นอกจากนี้นายคิมยังเดินทางไปตรวจสอบการสร้างเรือดำน้ำพลังงานนิวเคลียร์และหารือประเด็นที่เกี่ยวข้องกับการผลิตเรือรบประเภทอื่นๆ ด้วย
