ไบเดนด่าแรง – วันที่ 22 ก.พ. เอเอฟพี รายงานว่า ประธานาธิบดีโจ ไบเดน ผู้นำสหรัฐอเมริกา กล่าวระหว่างร่วมงานระดมทุนในนครซานฟรานซิสโก รัฐแคลิฟอร์เนีย เมื่อวันพุธที่ 21 ก.พ.ตามเวลาท้องถิ่นว่า ประธานาธิบดีวลาดิมีร์ ปูติน ผู้นำรัสเซีย เป็น “ไอ้ชาติหมา” (Son of a Bitch)
“เรามีเอสโอบีที่บ้าคลั่งเหมือนกับนายปูตินคนนั้นและคนอื่นๆ เรามักจะกังวลเกี่ยวกับความขัดแย้งทางนิวเคลียร์ และภัยคุกคามต่อมนุษยชาติก็กลายเป็นสิ่งปกติที่เกิดขึ้นในสังคม” นายไบเดนย้ำ

ก่อนหน้านี้นายไบเดนเคยใช้ถ้อยคำรุนแรงเรียกนายปูตินเพื่อแสดงจุดยืนไม่เห็นด้วยต่อคำสั่งให้เปิดฉากปฏิบัติการพิเศษทางทหารในยูเครนเมื่อเดือนก.พ.2565 ทั้ง “คนขายเนื้อ” (Butcher) และ “อาชญากรสงคราม” (War Criminal)
ความเคลื่อนไหวดังกล่าวเกิดขึ้นในช่วงที่รัฐบาลสหรัฐกำลังพิจารณาและจะประกาศมาตรการคว่ำบาตร (แซงก์ชั่น) ครั้งใหม่ที่เข้มงวดต่อรัสเซียจากกรณีที่นายอเล็กเซ นาวาลนี ผู้นำฝ่ายค้านและคู่ปรับผู้ต่อต้านนายปูติน ถูกพบเสียชีวิตในเรือนจำเมื่อวันที่ 16 ก.พ.ที่ผ่านมา ซึ่งหลายฝ่ายเชื่อว่านายปูตินอยู่เบื้องหลัง
