เรือบรรทุกเกาหลีใต้ “พลิกคว่ำ” – บีบีซี รายงานวันที่ 21 มี.ค. ถึงความคืบหน้ากรณี เรือคอยอง ซัน (Keoyoung Sun) เรือบรรทุกของเหลวซึ่งจดทะเบียนภายใต้ธงของเกาหลีใต้ หลังประสบเหตุพลิกคว่ำนอกชายฝั่งจังหวัดยามางูจิ ทางตะวันตกของญี่ปุ่น ตั้งแต่ช่วงเช้าวันพุธที่ 20 มี.ค.ที่ผ่านมาว่า
พบลูกเรือเสียชีวิตอย่างน้อย 8 ราย ขณะเดียวกันเจ้าหน้าที่หน่วยยามชายฝั่งญี่ปุ่นสมารถช่วยเหลือลูกเรือไว้ได้ 1 ราย และระดมกำลังค้นหาผู้สูญหายอีก 2 ราย
รายงานระบุด้วยว่าเรือคอยอง ซัน ลอยลำทอดสมอใกล้เมืองชิโมโนเซกิเนื่องจากสภาพอากาศแปรปรวน ก่อนวิทยุแจงเหตุฉุกเฉินเมื่อเวลา 07.00 น. ตามเวลาท้องถิ่น สำหรับลูกเรือบนเรือคอยอง ซัน ประกอบด้วยชาวอินโดนีเซีย 8 ราย ชาวเกาหลีใต้ 2 ราย และชาวจีน 1 ราย
