ตุรกีจับ “ยาไอซ์” – เอเอฟพี รายงานวันที่ 15 พ.ย. ว่า เจ้าหน้าที่ตุรกีแถลงว่าสามารถยึด เมทแอมเฟตามีน หรือ ยาไอซ์ น้ำหนักเกือบ 9 ตัน มูลค่ารวมกว่า 21,000 ล้านบาทในปฏิบัติการปราบปรามยาเสพติดในช่วง 2 สัปดาห์ที่ผ่านมา
Turkish officials have seized nearly nine tonnes of methamphetamine, half of it at the Iranian border, in the last two weeks, the interior minister said on Thursday. /habermeydan/
นายอาลี เยอร์ลิกายารัฐมนตรีกระทรวงกิจการภายในของตุรกี กล่าวเมื่อวันพฤหัสบดีที่ 14 พ.ย. ว่า เจ้าหน้าที่ยึดเมทแอมเฟตามีนได้มากถึง 4.16 ตัน ในจำนวนนี้ 3.5 ตันยึดได้ในนครอิสตันบูล ส่วนที่เหลือเป็นการจับกุมในเมืองอื่นๆ รวมถึงเมืองอิซมีร์ ทางตะวันตก และเมืองฮักชารี ใกล้ชายแดนอิหร่าน-อิรัก
ขณะเดียวกันข้อมูลจากศุลกากรตุรกีระบุว่าเมื่อต้นเดือนพ.ย. พบเมทแอมเฟตามีนมากกว่า 4.5 ตันในรถบรรทุก 3 คันที่ข้ามพรมแดนจากอิหร่านเข้ามายังตุรกี และเมื่อปี 2566 ตุรกีสามารถยึดเมทแอมเฟตามีนได้เกือบ 22 ตันซึ่งเพิ่มขึ้นอย่างมากเมื่อเทียบกับปีก่อนหน้านั้น

More than 4.5 tonnes had been found at the beginning of November in three trucks crossing into Turkey from Iran, according to Turkish customs. Turkish police confiscated nearly 22 tonnes of methamphetamine last year, a sharp increase over previous years, according to official figures. /konyahaberci/
