คิมบัญชาการ – วันที่ 28 ก.พ. รอยเตอร์ รายงานจากสำนักข่าวเคซีเอ็นเอของทางการเกาหลีเหนือว่า นายคิม จองอึน ผู้นำสูงสุดแห่งเกาหลีเหนือ สั่งให้หน่วยงานด้านอาวุธนิวเคลียร์เตรียมความพร้อมอย่างเต็มกำลังเพื่อป้องกันประเทศ
หลังบัญชาการการทดสอบขีปนาวุธร่อนเชิงยุทธศาสตร์หลายลูกเมื่อวันพุธที่ 26 ก.พ. ซึ่งในช่วงสัปดาห์นี้นายคิมยังเดินทางไปเยี่ยมโรงเรียนทหารและดูการฝึกซ้อมของกำลังพลติดต่อกัน 2 ครั้ง
