ศาลออสเตรเลียปรับชายหื่น – Justice Longbottom found he violated various sections of the Online Safety Act on 14 occasions when he posted deepfake nude images of six different women. A spokesperson for the eSafety Commissioner said the court’s action sent a “strong message about the consequences for anyone who perpetrates deepfake image-based abuse”. The civil case was launched by the country’s eSafety Commissioner Julie Inman Grant, who alleged he created the fake pornographic images of the women without their consent.
