คุกสาวมาเลย์โพสต์ไม่คิด แช่งตำรวจทั้งประเทศติด “โควิด” ฮึ่มเคอร์ฟิว-อดเที่ยวกลางคืน
คุกสาวมาเลย์โพสต์ไม่คิด – วันที่ 3 เม.ย. แฮเรียนเมโทร รายงานว่า ศาลมาเลเซียพิพากษาให้จำคุกหญิงสาวอายุ 20 ปี พนักงานร้ายขายของในรัฐเกดะห์ เป็นเวลานาน 5 เดือน ตามความผิดในข้อหาละเมิดกฎหมายการสื่อสารและมัลติมีเดีย หลังโพสต์ข้อความแช่งให้ตำรวจติด ไวรัสโคโรนาสายพันธุ์ใหม่ 2019 ที่ก่อ โรคโควิด-19
แค่เพราะไม่พอใจที่ถูกเจ้าหน้าที่ประจำด่านเรียกหยุดและสั่งให้กลับบ้านตามมาตรการควบคุมการเคลื่อนย้ายยามวิกาลของรัฐบาล เพื่อยับยั้งการแพร่ระบาดของไวรัสมรณะ โดยมาเลเซียมียอดผู้ป่วยโควิด-19 สะสมเพิ่มขึ้นเป็นอย่างน้อย 3,116 คน ในจำนวนนี้เสียชีวิตแล้ว 50 คน

รายงานระบุว่า หญิงสาวโพสต์ข้อความแสดงสถานะบนเฟซบุ๊กเมื่อปลายเดือนมี.ค.ที่ผ่านมา ว่า “หวังว่าตำรวจทุกนายจะติดโควิด-19 พวกเขาจะได้ตายกันหมด” ซึ่งไม่นานหลังจากนั้นเจ้าหน้าที่ก็ได้รับแจ้ง จึงเร่งตรวจสอบและนำไปสู่การจับกุมหญิงสาวเพื่อนำตัวมาสอบปากคำดำเนินคดี
เดิมทีศาลมีคำตัดสินให้จำคุก 3 เดือน และปรับเป็นเงิน 10,000 มาเลเซียริงกิต หรือราว 75,000 บาท แต่จำเลยไม่มีเงินพอจ่ายค่าปรับ จึงให้จำคุกเป็นเวลา 5 เดือนแทน
ด้านชาวเน็ตแห่แสดงความคิดเห็นถึงกรณีดังกล่าว ส่วนใหญ่ระบุว่าสมควรแล้วที่จะถูกลงโทษเพื่อไม่ให้เป็นตัวอย่าง อีกหลายคนกล่าวชื่นชมเจ้าหน้าที่ซึ่งทำงานอย่างเคร่งครัดในช่วงที่ประเทศเผชิญหน้ากับวิกฤตโควิด-19
