สองพี่น้องเด็กชายมะกัน “ขโมย” รถยายไปซิ่งเล่น พลาดท่าชนยับจน “ไฟลุก” ดับคู่คาที่
สองพี่น้องเด็กชายมะกัน – ซีเอ็นเอ็น รายงานวันที่ 3 มิ.ย. ว่า สำนักงานทางหลวงรัฐมิสซูรี สหรัฐอเมริกา เปิดเผยความคืบหน้าเหตุ รถชน สะเทือนใจคร่าชีวิตเด็กชายสองพี่น้อง อายุ 6 ขวบ และ 7 ขวบ เมื่อเย็นวันที่ 29 พ.ค.ที่ผ่านมา ว่า
เด็กสองคนแอบขโมยรถยนต์บิวอิก ลาครอซ ปี 2007 ของผู้เป็นยาย โดยทั้งคู่พากันออกไปขับรถเล่นบนถนนใหญ่ในเขตแจ๊กสันเคาน์ตี เมืองเคนซัสซิตี
แต่ต่อมาเสียหลักขับเลยเลนขวาจนออกนอกถนน กระแทกเข้ากับพื้น และทำให้รถเหินลอยขึ้นไปในอากาศ จากนั้นพุ่งใส่ราวเหล็กกั้นขอบทาง เป็นเหตุให้รถเหินขึ้นสู่อากาศอีกครั้ง และตกกระแทกกับสายสลิงยึดอุปกรณ์ที่ติดตั้งอยู่ในบริเวณจุดเกิดเหตุ รถจึงพลิกตลบหงายท้องชนเข้ากับต้นไม้ก่อนจะเกิดประกายไฟลุกไหม้
ทั้งนี้ ตำรวจไม่ได้ชี้ชัดถึงสาเหตุการตายของเด็ก แต่ระบุว่าเสียชีวิตคาที่ และทั้งคู่ไม่ได้คาดเข็มขัดนิรภัย
