อิหร่านจ่ายชดเชย 780 ล้าน! เหยื่อบินยูเครน 176 ศพ-เซ่นกองทัพยิงขีปนาวุธโจมตี
อิหร่านจ่ายชดเชย 780 ล้าน! – บีบีซี รายงานวันที่ 31 ธ.ค. ว่า ทางการอิหร่านแถลงว่าจะมอบ เงินชดเชย 150,000 ดอลลาร์สหรัฐ หรือราว 4.48 ล้านบาท ให้ครอบครัวของเหยื่อแต่ละคนจากโศกนาฏกรรมเที่ยวบิน 752 ของ สายการบินยูเครน อินเตอร์เนชั่นแนล แอร์ไลนส์ (ยูไอเอ) ซึ่งประสบเหตุตกหลัง กองกำลังพิทักษ์การปฏิวัติอิสลาม (ไออาร์จีซี) ยิงขีปนาวุธโจมตีขณะทะยานขึ้นจากท่าอากาศยานนานาชาติในกรุงเตหะรานเพื่อมุ่งหน้าไปยังกรุงเคียฟ ประเทศยูเครน เมื่อวันที่ 8 ม.ค.2563
ส่งผลให้ผู้โดยสารและลูกเรือรวม 176 รายเสียชีวิต ในจำนวนนี้เป็นพลเรือนของอิหร่าน 82 ราย แคนาดา 63 ราย ยูเครน 11 ราย อัฟกานิสถาน 4 ราย อังกฤษ 4 ราย และเยอรมนี 3 ราย
ทั้งนี้ เหตุสลดดังกล่าวเกิดขึ้นไม่นานหลังกรณีกองทัพสหรัฐอเมริกาลอบยิงโดรนสังหารพล.อ.กาเซ็ม สุไลมานี ผู้บัญชาการหน่วยรบหน่วยรบพิเศษคุดส์ ในสังกัดกองกำลังพิทักษ์การปฏิวัติอิสลาม เมื่อวันที่ 3 ม.ค.2563 ส่งผลให้เกิดกระแสตั้งข้อสงสัยว่ากองกำลังอิหร่านจงใจยิงเที่ยวบิน 752 เพราะเข้าใจผิดว่าเป็นเครื่องบินรบของสหรัฐ
ต่อมากองทัพอิหร่านแถลงว่าไม่มีเจตนายิง ขณะที่ประธานาธิบดีฮัสซัน เราฮานี ผู้นำอิหร่าน ระบุว่าเสียใจอย่างยิ่งกับความผิดพลาดที่เป็นหายนะในครั้งนี้ และว่าคณะกรรมการตรวจสอบภายในกองทัพอิหร่านสรุปว่าเป็นการยิงขีปนาวุธจากความผิดพลาดของมนุษย์

US intelligence is ‘confident’ that Ukraine Airlines Flight 752 which crashed just outside Tehran on Wednesday morning was shot down by Iranian anti-aircraft batteries (pictured, missile wreckage reportedly found near the scene). DailyMail
