สหรัฐติดโควิดทะลุ – วันที่ 14 ธ.ค. นิวยอร์กไทมส์และ ยูเอสเอทูเดย์ รายงานสถานการณ์โรคโควิด-19 ใน สหรัฐอเมริกา ที่ยังวิกฤตต่อเนื่อง ข้อมูลจากมหาวิทยาลัยจอห์น ฮอปกินส์ ระบุว่ายอดผู้ป่วยสะสมในประเทศทะลุ 50 ล้านคนภายหลังพบผู้ติดเชื้อใหม่ในช่วง 24 ชั่วโมงที่ผ่านมาอีก 9.5 หมื่นคน
ส่งผลให้สหรัฐยังรั้งอันดับ 1 ประเทศที่มีผู้ติดเชื้อมากที่สุด และคิดเป็นร้อยละ 18 ของโลก เช่นเดียวกับยอดผู้เสียชีวิตที่นำเป็นอันดับ 1 หลังพุ่งเกิน 8 แสนรายหรือคิดเป็นร้อยละ 15 ของโลก
