องค์การฮิวแมนไรตส์วอตช์ ระบุว่า ศาลเวียดนามใช้มาตรา 331 ว่าด้วยข้อกล่าวหาละเมิดผลประโยชน์ของรัฐ ตัดสินลงโทษผู้ต้องสงสัยอย่างน้อย 24 รายในปี 2567 เพียงปีเดียว

เวียดนามสั่งคุก – The three Facebook posts over which he is charged were uploaded in April and May this year.
