เชียงรายเชิญชวนทุกคนออกเดินทางสู่เส้นทางแห่งรสชาติและภูมิปัญญา เส้นทางที่ไม่ใช่แค่การชิมอาหารและกาแฟ แต่พาเราเข้าใจ “ต้นกำเนิดของรสชาติ” ที่เติบโตจากภูเขา ผู้คน และวิถีชุมชนที่สืบทอดมายาวนาน ทุกจุดแวะคือบทเรียน ทุกคำคือเรื่องเล่า และทุกช่วงเวลาคือการเชื่อมต่อกับตัวตนของเมืองเชียงรายอย่างแท้จริง
ตลอด 2 วัน ผู้ร่วมทริปจะได้เรียนรู้ผ่านการลงมือทำจริง จากไร่กาแฟบนดอย สวนชาโบราณ ไปจนถึงชุมชนที่ยังคงรักษาอาหารพื้นถิ่นและภูมิปัญญาดั้งเดิม ตั้งแต่แหล่งปลูก แหล่งผลิต การแปรรูป ไปจนถึงวัฒนธรรมที่หล่อหลอมรสชาติแบบเชียงราย
5 ไฮไลต์แห่งรสชาติที่ไม่ควรพลาด
1. คริสตจักรที่ 1 เวียงเชียงราย
สัญลักษณ์ทางประวัติศาสตร์ที่ผสานวัฒนธรรมตะวันตกกับล้านนา
คือจุดเริ่มต้นของเรื่องราวการกินอยู่และวัฒนธรรมที่ส่งต่อมาหลายชั่วคน
2. อาข่ามิโน คอฟฟี่ (Akha Mino Coffee)
กาแฟหนึ่งแก้ว…บอกเล่าความภูมิใจของชุมชนอาข่า
ที่นี่ผู้มาเยือนจะได้เรียนรู้กาแฟ “ตั้งแต่ต้นน้ำถึงปลายน้ำ” อย่างแท้จริง
3. บ้านเมืองรวง – วิสาหกิจชุมชน OTOP นวัตวิถี
ชุมชนที่เปลี่ยนวิถีพื้นบ้านให้กลายเป็นกิจกรรมเรียนรู้สุดสร้างสรรค์
ตั้งแต่ทำโคมล้านนา เย็บผ้าด้นมือ ปลูกสับปะรดสี ไปจนถึงการจัดการขยะอย่างยั่งยืน
คือ “ห้องเรียนกลางแจ้ง” ที่เหมาะกับทุกวัย
4. Magpie Farm – บ้านปางขอน
ไร่กาแฟท่ามกลางภูเขาสูงที่เต็มไปด้วยเสน่ห์ของกาแฟท้องถิ่น
ชมสวน เรียนรู้การโปรเซส และชิมกาแฟที่ปลูก–แปรรูป–เสิร์ฟในพื้นที่เดียว
5. ไร่ชาห้วยแก้ว (Chachompu / เล่าเอ๋อ)
สวนชาบนที่สูงกว่า 1,000 เมตร พร้อมประสบการณ์การทำชากว่า 40 ปี
ให้ผู้มาเยือนได้เรียนรู้ตั้งแต่การเก็บใบชา การแปรรูป ไปจนถึงการชิมชาอัสสัมรสเข้มตามแบบฉบับเชียงราย

Chiang Rai invites everyone to journey into a route shaped by flavors and wisdom a journey that goes beyond tasting food and coffee, and leads you to understand the true origins of local flavors born from mountains, people, and time-honored traditions.
Every stop becomes a lesson. Every bite becomes a story. And every moment becomes a deeper connection to the authentic soul of Chiang Rai.
Across two immersive days, travelers will learn through hands-on experiences from mountain coffee farms and heritage tea gardens to local communities preserving culinary traditions. The journey spans growing, harvesting, processing, and the cultural roots that define the flavors of northern Thailand.
Five Unmissable Flavor Highlights
1. Chiang Rai First Church
A historic landmark that blends Western Christian architecture with Lanna heritage.
It represents the early cultural exchange that shaped local foodways and community traditions through generations.
2. Akha Mino Coffee
A single cup speaks proudly of Akha heritage.
Here, visitors learn coffee “from origin to cup”—grown, harvested, processed, and brewed by the community itself, showcasing 100% local Arabica.
3. Mueang Ruang Village – OTOP Nawatwithi Community
A village that transforms everyday wisdom into creative learning experiences—
from making Lanna lanterns and hand-stitching textiles to planting ornamental pineapples and practicing sustainable waste management.
A true “open-air classroom” for all ages.
4. Magpie Farm – Pang Khon Village (Magpie Farm )
A specialty coffee farm nestled among misty mountains.
Visitors can walk through the plantation, learn natural processing methods, and taste coffee grown, processed, and served entirely on site.
5. Huai Kaew Tea Plantation (Chachompu / Lao Er)
A high-altitude tea garden standing over 1,000 meters above sea level,
with over 40 years of tea-making expertise.
Guests can explore the plantation, discover the production process, and savor Chiang Rai’s signature robust Assam tea.
