โควิด: ผู้นำฝรั่งเศส “ล็อกดาวน์” เพิ่มอีกเดือน ขอโทษประชาชนเตรียมพร้อมไม่ดีพอ
โควิด: ผู้นำฝรั่งเศส “ล็อกดาวน์” – วันที่ 14 เม.ย. มิร์เรอร์ รายงานว่า ประธานาธิบดีเอ็มมานูเอล มาครง ผู้นำฝรั่งเศส ประกาศขยายมาตรการ ล็อกดาวน์ ปิดประเทศเพื่อยับยั้งการแพร่ระบาดของ โรคโควิด-19 อีก 1 เดือน หลังจากสถานการณ์ยังวิกฤต ยอดผู้ติดเชื้อสะสมเพิ่มขึ้นเป็นอย่างน้อย 137,877 คน และเสียชีวิตกว่า 14,986 คน
ประธานาธิบดีมาครงแถลงผ่านสถานีโทรทัศน์ว่าภายในวันที่ 11 พ.ค. หน่วยงานสาธารณสุขจะสามารถตรวจหาเชื้อในประชากรชาวฝรั่งเศสทุกคนที่มีอาการเข้าข่ายป่วยเป็นโรคโควิด-19 ได้ เพื่อให้ทำการรักษาหรือดำเนินขั้นตอนทางการแพทย์ได้ทันท่วงที นอกจากนี้หลังขยายมาตรการล็อกดาวน์ออกไปอีก 1 เดือน ตนคาดว่าโรงเรียนและสถานศึกษาจะสามารถกลับมาเปิดได้อีกครั้ง
“ในอีก 4 สัปดาห์ข้างหน้านี้ ทุกคนต้องเคารพกฎข้อบังคับ” นายมาครงกล่าวย้ำให้ประชาชนทำตามคำแนะนำและข้อปฏิบัติในช่วงล็อกดาวน์ ไม่ออกมาชุมนุมหรือรวมกลุ่มหลายคนในที่สาธารณะ รักษาระยะห่างทางสังคม และแยกกักตัว รวมถึงพบแพทย์เมื่อมีอาการเสี่ยงเป็นโรคโควิด-19
นอกจากนี้ผู้นำหนุ่มยังกล่าวขอโทษต่อประชาชนชาวฝรั่งเศส และยอมรับว่ารัฐบาลไม่ได้เตรียมพร้อมเท่าที่ควรเพื่อรับมือกับวิกฤตโรคระบาดรุนแรงในครั้งนี้ “เราได้เตรียมตัวอย่างมีประสิทธิภาพไหม? เห็นได้ชัดว่าไม่ – ไม่มีใครเตรียมพร้อมกับวิกฤตที่ใหญ่ขนาดนี้”
