โควิด: สิงคโปร์ติดเชื้อรายวัน – วันที่ 15 พ.ค. ชาแนลนิวส์เอเชีย และ สเตรตส์ไทมส์ รายงานสถานการณ์การแพร่ระบาดของ โรคโควิด-19 ใน ประเทศสิงคโปร์ ว่า กระทรวงสาธารณสุขสิงคโปร์แถลงเมื่อช่วงเย็นวันพฤหัสบดีที่ 14 พ.ค.ที่ผ่านมา ว่า
พบผู้ป่วยใหม่รายวันมากถึง 752 คน ส่งผลให้ยอดผู้ติดเชื้อสะสมของประเทศเพิ่มเป็นอย่างน้อย 26,098 คน ในจำนวนนี้เสียชีวิตคงที่ที่ 21 คน และมีผู้ป่วยรักษาหายที่ได้รับอนุญาตให้กลับบ้านได้ 1,164 คน ถือเป็นครั้งแรกนับตั้งแต่เริ่มวิกฤตโควิด-19 ที่ผู้ป่วยรักษาหายมีจำนวนมากกว่า 1,000 คน และเป็นครั้งที่ 3 ในรอบสัปดาห์ที่ตัวเลขผู้รักษาหายมากกว่าผู้ติดเชื่อรายวัน

อย่างไรก็ตาม ในกลุ่มผู้ติดเชื้อใหม่ พบว่า 1 คนเป็นพลเรือนชาวสิงคโปร์ อายุ 76 ปี ติดเชื้อจากคลัสเตอร์ หรือผู้ป่วยเป็นกลุ่มก้อน ที่บริษัทแห่งหนึ่งบนถนนเซโนโกไดรฟ์ ทำให้ยอดผู้ป่วยจากคลัสเตอร์นี้เพิ่มเป็น 52 คน
อีก 1 คนเป็นผู้พำนักถาวร อายุ 43 ปี ติดเชื้อจากคลัสเตอร์บริษัทวิศวกรรมม ทีทีเจ ดีไซน์ แอนด์ เอ็นจิเนียร์ ซึ่งมียอดผู้ติดเชื้อในคลัสเตอร์เพิ่มขึ้นเป็น 45 คน
และ 750 คนเป็นแรงงานต่างด้าวที่ถือใบอนุญาตทำงานถูกต้องตามกฎหมาย โดยทั้งหมดอาศัยอยู่ที่ย่านหอพักแรงงานต่างชาติ และเป็นผู้ติดเชื้อจากคลัสเตอร์ใหม่บนถนนเพรูมัล จำนวน 11 คน
