เนเธอร์แลนด์-รัสเซีย “ทุบสถิติ” ป่วยโควิดรายวันทะลุ 6 หมื่นคน!
เนเธอร์แลนด์-รัสเซีย “ทุบสถิติ” – เอพี รายงานวันที่ 24 ม.ค. ถึงกระแววิตกกังวลวิกฤตโรคโควิด-19 ที่หวนระบาดใน รัสเซีย หลังจาก นางทัตยานา โกลิโควา รองนายกรัฐมนตรีรัสเซีย แถลงว่าพบผู้ป่วยโควิดในช่วง 24 ชั่วโมงอีก 63,205 คน
เป็นครั้งแรกที่ตัวเลขติดเชื้อรายวันเกินหกหมื่นคนและยังสูงสุดเป็นประวัติการณ์ของประเทศด้วย ส่งผลให้ยอดสะสมเพิ่มเป็น 11.1 ล้านคน และเสียชีวิตอย่างน้อย 326,112 ราย

นางโกลิโควาระบุอีกว่าอัตราการป่วยที่เพิ่มขึ้นอย่างรวดเร็วมีต้นตอมาจากการระบาดของสายพันธุ์โอมิครอน ซึ่งพบว่ามีการติดเชื้อแล้วในองค์ประกอบของสหพันธรัฐ 64 เขตจากทั้งหมด 83 เขต และคาดว่าสายพันธุ์โอมิครอนจะกลายเป็นเชื้อหลักที่มีการระบาดในประเทศในอนาคตอันใกล้
วันเดียวกัน เว็บไซต์เวิลด์โอมิเตอร์สรายงานงานว่า เนเธอร์แลนด์พบผู้ป่วยใหม่อีก 65,325 คน ถือเป็นครั้งแรกที่เกินหกหมื่นคนและสูงสุดของประเทศตั้งแต่เผชิญหน้ากับไวรัสมรณะตั้งแต่ปี 2563 ขณะที่ยอดติดเชื้อสะสมเกือบ 3.9 ล้านคน และเสียชีวิตแล้ว 21,211 ราย
