ไฟโหมไหม้ “โรงงานแบตเตอรี่” – วันที่ 24 มิ.ย. เอเอฟพี รายงานว่า เกิดเหตุเพลิงไหม้รุนแรงที่ โรงงานผลิตแบตเตอรี่ลิเธียม ของ บริษัท เอริเซล ในเมืองฮวาซอง จังหวัดคยองกี ทางตอนเหนือของ เกาหลีใต้ เบื้องต้นพบผู้เสียชีวิตอย่างน้อย 1 ราย อีก 21 รายยังคงสูญหาย และเจ้าหน้าที่ดับเพลิงเร่งระดมกำลังดับไฟที่โหมไหม้ลุกลามอย่างรวดเร็ว
“เรายังไม่สามารถเข้าไปข้างในและดำเนินการช่วยเหลือได้ เราจะทำทันทีที่เราควบคุมเพลิงได้แล้ว” นายคิม จินยอง เจ้าหน้าที่ดับเพลิงท้องถิ่น เปิดเผยกับสื่อ พร้อมเสริมว่ามีคนงานอีก 21 รายที่ยังไม่ทราบสถานะ และว่ามีอีกคนได้รับบาดเจ็บสาหัสจากแผลไฟไหม้

It is located in Hwaseong, just south of the capital Seoul. “We are still unable to go inside and carry out rescue operation. We will carry it out once we get the fire under control,” fire fighter Kim Jin-young told media.

South Korea’s President Yoon Suk Yeol issued emergency instructions to authorities, telling them to “mobilise all available personnel and equipment to focus on searching for and rescuing people,” his office said.
