OHCHR เผยรายงานฉบับใหม่ – บีบีซี รายงานวันที่ 23 มิ.ย. ว่า สำนักงานข้าหลวงใหญ่สิทธิมนุษยชนแห่งสหประชาชาติ (โอเอชซีเอชอาร์) ระบุในรายงานฉบับใหม่ว่า กองทัพเมียนมา เป็นต้นเหตุให้พลเรือนเสียชีวิตมากกว่า 700 รายในช่วง 6 เดือนนับตั้งแต่รัฐบาลทหารประกาศจัดการเลือกตั้งระหว่างเดือนส.ค.2568 ถึงเดือนม.ค.2569
